No matter if its a client’s first home or third, we always want to get it just right. These first time home builders did not have any previous experience in building or designing a home so we needed to be their Interior Designer as well as their advocate in the building process. We guided them through all the decisions from interior material selections, custom finished details, furniture, lighting, plumbing, accessories, speciality tiles and wallpaper throughout…in addition to where to plant the tree in their front yard.

After meeting at LSU and moving back to Orlando, these newlyweds decided to build their dream home in beautiful College Park. Every detail was custom designed for a home that was ready to entertain but also friendly for their pets and future family. The 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features an open concept perfect for every day living a special reading nook for peace and quiet and a great backyard for hosting family and friends.
